Encrypt and decrypt text using the Vigenere polyalphabetic cipher

Apply the Vigenere polyalphabetic substitution cipher to encrypt or decrypt text using a keyword. Each letter is shifted by a different amount based on the corresponding key letter. A classic cipher used in CTF competitions and cryptography education.
